Try Bruce at Canburne Golden retrievers down in Dorset. He doesnt have any at the moment but is very helpful at putting you in touch with people, even if he is not local to you he is worth a chat to.
Also Phillipa Williams has some nice dogs, www.dogsforlife.co.uk/ you will have to navigate through the site but she used to pick up round gloucestershire until she moved up to Yorkshire
