Mate just got his renewal back from TVP
8 weeks in totall not bad
Oh and he sent it paper version posted recorded

TVP do or certainly did have some very good staff when I lived in the area

mine is going to be late! even though I put it in more than 8 weeks before it expired! they have extended my cert for a couple of months (and that even though I renewed early last time in order to flatten out their renewal "bump" ) it seems they still are short handed
