If you mean Gary Knight from Essex way...
I can highly recommend him. He did a realy good job on a MJ Buck that I had shoulder mounted last year.
If I can find the before shots I'll post some before and afters for you and you can see for yourself. He animates the mounts in a realy lifelike way.

I was at Gary Knight's a couple of weekends ago, He has some very nice mounts done. He's doing two Cwd's on a pedestal mount for me, A bronze and a gold medal so it should look good and a short turn around of only 8 weeks.
