I wish to share with SD a really positive experience on my quest to re-handle my knife.
My knife of choice for deer is the older EKA swing blade, mine had seen plenty of action and as a result the original handle had deteriorated so much I required a knew knife. When I searched for the same style knife it was no longer available as the company had changed the design of the knife and this wasn’t to my liking.
I noticed Danum’s knife advert and I was straight onto him to see if he could do me a bespoke handle. To my delight he was very willing to give it a go. He was great to communicate with and confirmed my requirements having liked one of his knife designs on his website.
Having completed the job in a very reasonable time frame, he sent me a video of the finished handle before he made me a new leather sheath, all to my specifications. An excellent job and a really happy customer, the blades are both razor sharp and the edges are mirror like polished. He has revitalised my knife which worked out cheaper than a new knife. I look forward to putting it to good use. I am very happy with the work, price and overall service.
