GRS Bifrost adaptor for bipod

Hello. Have an R8 in bifrost stock. Currently have plastic GRS pica rail on underside of stock that my atlas mounts on.

On my other R8 i have a tier one adaptor on the front of stock and after similar for the bifrost. See GRS do a spigot but what so I need to get a pica rail? I might treat myself to a new bipod too so any recommendations too?

Only for deer stalking, keen to get the bifrost stocked rifle lower when prone. Thanks
