Gun safe recommendation - Brattonsound RL7+?

Do not touch a digi pad and especially a Buffalo River one! Fantastic safe until it breaks. Zero customer service and even the importers can not get spares. They will tell that they can for the new ones but mine was roughly 6 years old and they have stopped supporting my 'old' keypad! 16 gun safe is now scrap - importers words but they still sell them! Me? Bitter? Noooooo:mad:
Can you not retrofit a standard lock?

Got the Infac 10 gun safe I ordered this morning. Pretty impressed with it so far, its a fair bit heavier than other safes in its class and nicely lined with a 5 bolt locking mechanism. Got a internal ammo locker and pretty reasonably sized. Maybe get 6 or 7 in here (two can mount on the door).

My local Sportsmans ordered it in and it took a few weeks to arrive (but im in no rush, awaiting FAC) so came in at £338 without having to pay any delivery as i picked it up. Couldnt find anything else that came remotely close to that on value.

I've have an RL7, 4 rifles and 2 x shotguns in it. Won't really take any more than that with the space the scopes require. Happy with the product though.

Bought the exact same after my Buffalo River fiasco. Happy with the quality but found the straps in the doors useless other than for pistols. They will hold a shotgun but door won’t shut if you have scoped rifles in the main compartment 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yeah looks miles better than the buffalo rivers, not to worried about storing guns on the door so shouldnt be an issue. Did you remove the internal lining when bolting it in or just drill straight through it? Looks like the back panel is glued in place but not had a proper look yet

It felt glued in and wouldn’t make any difference so drilled straight through. Not fussed about the doors but makes me laugh when they are saying it’s a 10 gun safe.
Like the fact that you can not remove the key once it’s open.

yeah some of the capacity claims are outrageous! Just cheched and its glued in, and the wooden insert that has the notches for the rifles is bonded in over the top of the back piece so not worth taking it out.

Out of interest did you just use the two anchors that came with it? I was expecting it to need at least 4

I have the Bratton sound atlas with 5 scoped rifles and 3 shotguns. There is enough room to get rifles out with touching other rifle, just! I could fit another scoped rifle if need be
Hi. Sorry I know this is an old post. What Atlas cabinet did you go for? I’m currently looking at them.
