Hakka 7lbs sausage stuffer machine.vertical version, does anyone recommend this unit as I like the idea of the winder handle up high, a few of the other ones the handle has to be over the end of table.
£140 ish seems quite good price and reviews seem good

Looks to be a decent machine. The two-speed facility is a really nice touch. I use a LEM machine and it's a PITA having to wind the plate back up at single speed. Price is really good!

To all intents and purposes it looks like the Bushware one I have.
I used to use my Kenwood mixer with mincer attachments. It’s worlds ahead in ease of use and speed. Cleaning is easier too.

I've just use a cheap silver line vac packer. A friend has a Buffalo one. He said its very good but my £20 silver line has done well for 10 years.
I have had a cheap one for a while but hit and miss now.
I've got a £50 Andrew James vac packer. It works well but isn't the fastest. Let us know how you get on with the Buffalo one.
will do just getting a few pounds more then I will bite the bullet and buy the buffalo vac packer. 👍

Got this stuffer from butchers sundries. Paid for Like the idea of stainless nozzles as well, hopefully the skins will come off easier.
Going to get the buffalo cn514 vac packer about £185

Ended up buying one of these, the quality is very good and sturdy, the packaging and speed of delivery was superb.
Haven’t used yet but ticks all the boxes, and was available.
Like the stainless nozzles.
Ended up buying a buffalo vacuum packer, so I am set up now.

Barring the stainless frame I would say it’s the same as mine. I found a quick cramp to fix it to my stainless table so I could wind the handle with one hand. And control the speed of the casing coming off the nozzle with the other. Made all the difference to the ease of use.
