Has anyone heard from James Clark (Jager SA)?

Hi all,

Having a bit of trouble getting hold of James Clark AKA Jager SA. He is building a rifle for me but I haven't been able to get through for a few days despite leaving multiple messages and emails. Just wondering if anyone has had any contact recently?
 
Not spoke recently but he did some work for me on a rifle and Ceracoated it was a first class job
 
he's moving into his new workshop as we speak , I know because I lent him my machinery skates.

keep trying !

thought it was quite constructive really Adrian, barely a week seems to go by without someone having communication issues with the chap, it amazes me people still bother.

but that’s their choice as I said if you have nothing constructive to add or a no I haven’t seen him or yes I spoke to him why do you feel it your place to stir the pot?

Im missing your contribution to this post too I think in that case......:rofl:
 
I'm afraid to say it isn't an unfair criticism of James that he is not the most organised or the best communicator. He does do good work though. Just don't expect it done when promised or to be told when he over runs.

I'm his worst critic regarding communication and delivery times but it is well worth it in the long run for the value for money and quality of the work he has done for me.
Please don't bother to tell me I don't know quality when I see it because I think I am long enough in the tooth and been in the game long enough to know it when I see it.
 
I've sent James a few txts with questions and work, hes came back every time, so no complaints, certainly more than helpful!, hes probably just busy?
 
I have now received a text from James stating that he will be back on Saturday. Thanks for all the replies and PM's
 
I do hope now he's moved things improve then,
on a personal level I really like James and could be quite happy sat over a coffee having a chat
On a business level he infuriates me.

Yes he has moved to Newmarket I believe.

At this stage I don't want to pass any negative judgement on James or his work, from what I hear he has been extremely busy with his move.

I was simply trying to get in touch with him, or to see if he had any friends on this forum who could pass on a message and get him to call me.
