Hay has been carted...

That was the text message on Friday, I had some foxing planed for Sat/Sun but if deer step out before the cut off time and a shot is on then the plan switches to deer.
One Buck on Friday which I hung to bleed out and went looking for foxes but only saw brocks.

Time was ticking away then as so very often muntjac step out! I have a cheap recording device attached to the drone 10 but it seems to cut out after the shot  and white noise but no matter the Buck was second as he was following a pregnant doe.

Both on an angle and on the move so better to lose a front shoulder than green soup.
I took a double take as the buck looked like he had gassed up but just been feeding very well prior to being shot.
Doe had small fetus.

Nice videos Tim and the result are even better, those Essex muntjac are in lovely condition and they just keep coming 👍 top job mate

Nicely doneTim, like you say, have to be on your toes with pairs like that. Proper job :tiphat:
Most kind, shot a lot of pairs like that also followers, then you shoot the doe as the youngster will often just look around. Shot foxes in a strong wind so took the back one as the wind took the noise then the front one lol
