He is at it again....

Look it wasn’t perfect but like someone else said he was very respectful to his father, he has harvested deer for his own consumption which will be some nice meals for some time.
nothing wrong with that, its the fact that he makes videos and posts them on youtube for new shooters to look at that riles some folk, if you are going to the bother of putting yourself forward, then really you should be showing good technique.

I agree (with Tis1979) and that's why I didn't comment beyond the use of a hose that to the untututored seems perfectly sensible. I also have a sneaking suspicion his less than perfect replication of a DSCL2 stalk-to-fork outing won't be that dissimilar to 90% of the SD membership if they are honest with themselves.

I did a bit of delving. This is his mission statement from the trailer on his you tube channel...

"The mission of srspower is to inform, educate and entertain those who have an interest in field craft, shooting and conservation in the UK."

Not sure he's going about it in quite the right way. You would have thought if he is setting himself up as an expert that best practice would be the responsible way to "inform and educate" rather than poaching and sawing legs off.

Can someone post a video of them performing a similar feat . I just want to be sure how the right way to do it is. Also include installing the high seat as i find this can be quite hazardous in difficult terrain.

Lol!

You will be much better for it as people explain how they would do it better. Imagine a world where nobody did anything in case somebody criticized them.

Then imagine life as a politician during Brexit.

This is a video I have watched a few times which tallies with mentor's method to about 95%.
