I'm Blakes from Cumbria. SGC holder 10+ years, FAC 5+. Mainly do rough shooting - corvids, rabbits, wood pigeon and the like. Own multiple shotguns and a Ruger 10/22. Despite having joined the group years ago I have jumped on from time to time to read/ browse and look at the for sale sections. Have an empty slot for .223 so currently actively looking for a full .223 set up - rifle, mod + scope (for foxing). I'm a lefty so stock needs to suit but not bothered which side the chamber is on. Haven't done much deer stalking at all - only a couple of trips out with a family member in East Sussex, who put me on to this forum. As it happens I'm going hunting for White Tail in America in January but that's story for another time.
