Have been hunting for around 25 years with my dad, but deer hunting for the last 13 or so years.
In Australia the main deer species I hunt are Sambar and Fallow deer.
Usually my style is long range hunting as I have shot deer from 300-1000 metres being my furthest shot.d
I'm going to be bulding a stalking rifle chambered in 7mm PRC, something light enough to carry around instead of lugging around my heavy DTA SRS.
I'll post pics as soon as I figure it out.
