I try to hunt all year round, different species depending on season (deer, moose, wild boar, fox, badger, capercaillie, black grouse, crow etc.). I do quite a lot of deer stalking, mainly in the spring, but the best season is from October to January when we have driven hunts. I have a dachshund that mainly hunts roe deer and hare.

I have a few rifles in different calibers: .308, 6.5CM, .22WMR and .22LR. Also a combination gun .308/12GA and two shotguns in 12GA, one over/under and a semi automatic.

It's one of my favorite hunts, skiing in the mountains trying to find the birds in the treetops.

Sadly, we don't have hunting season for them in Romania.
For black grouse it is justified but capercaillie is off only due to "green" pressure
