Hello

Have HIK Condor 2.0 LRF and downloaded app. Running android.

App fine and done account.
Condor will not connect due to password error?

Can connect but when I enter serial number with or without EA prefix, just reports incorrect password?

Any help appreciated

If you go into the menu on the condor does it have the Wi-Fi hotspot & after it the password? My Alpex wouldn’t connect after it came back from Elite & had to enter the password shown in the menu setting.

Thanka. Just reset the unit and it works! Fully connected and updated the new firmware, which is great
