Hik micro m15 trail camera issues

Has anyone had any issues with this trail cam , I got 2 in my deal for a hik Stella thermal scope and have been using one for 2 months been fine then all of a sudden stopped taking pics tried software update to no avail and had absolute nightmare trying to communicate with them via the chat still not getting anywhere as far as I’m aware there is no contact point in uk and they point you to the chat it’s obvious it’s I. China as when your speaking via the chat it’s very disjointed with the translation
Am quite disappointed as at £159 per camera to buy feel it’s a let down as I wast informed when I bought my scope hik are great better than pulsar uk based repair centre etc etc …. Am concerned if anything goes wrong on my Stella scope I will be faced with similar situation….. any feed back would be appreciated

You get 100 free pics per month, but as far as I'm aware you have to renew the free contract every month if you want to access the pics from the cloud, they should still be on the SD card though

I know about the data plan I’ve purchased 2 already it’s stopped light up the green leds on start up just the power red led nothing else will work on it

I had one fresh out the box not working. Sent it back to where I brought it and had it returned. I believe optics warehouse / elletech are the distributor for these

I bought one a couple of weeks ago, so far so good, disappointing to here there are some faulty ones out there already, at around £164 i was hoping for a camera that was a bit better and more reliable than some of the cheaper Chinese crap out there of which I've previously purchased

Same here pal can’t help but wonder if all the hype regarding hik micro is deserved as there should be at very least a uk based call centre with the amount of units purchased in uk

Thought I’d follow up on my experience with him micro regarding my trail camera issue and it stopped working
As per previous post I had a nightmare with dealing with hik micro via the online chat
So I contacted Malmo guns in Lancaster where I got my thermal scope from with deal on the cameras as well
And I have to say they are fantastic shop all the guys there can’t do enough to help they sent my camera to hik and I get it back within a week so big shout out to Malmö guns for excellent customer service and to him for repairing it so quickly and without any messing around as we all probably know good customer service is a rarity these days but not with Malmo

Do you think they would be willing to look at A hik camera that wasn’t brought from themselves? It’s still under warranty till 2025 as mine has stopped working after trying to update.
