Hik micro trail cam

Does anyone know how to set an audible notification on M15 camera? I've tried with no success and then consulted a friend who is able to do it on his, is there possibly a difference in these cameras or would I benefit from uninstalling the app and reinstalling it?

On my iPhone it’s in notifications under the settings menu. Scroll down to Hik micro and select how you want to see / hear notifications

New issue,camera won't power up from.the power pack, but will from the USB port, anyone else experience this?

I had one duff Lithion battery out of the 12 causing that with one of my camera`s
