HIKMICRO warranty on used items

I’m looking to hear from people who’ve bought used HIKMICRO stuff and registered for the warranty and been successful. I’m debating on buying a scope which the seller can give original receipt too. But I just wanted to hear any pros and cons people have had.
I’ve bought a falcon thermal and on my HIKMICRO app registered it and it says I’ve got until Feb 2026 left.

Yes no problem at all
I’ve brought a fair few second hand Hikmicro devices and have never had a problem
But make sure you get a copy of the original receipt as it’s a lot easier to do
All the seller has to do is delete the device from the app,
And then you connect the device to the app once you get it and simply press register

If you download the app before you get the device you can live chat hik on there
And confirm this yourself before buying

I’ve got the hikmirco app as I’ve got my falcon registered on there I bought used. Says I’ve got Feb 26 warranty. Plus I’ve got the original purchase receipt

Spoke to hikmirco and they confirmed warranty will stand. There’s and extended 180 asking as the device was registered within 30 days of purchase
