Wanted: Hind Stalking Recommendations

I'm hoping to book 3 - 4 days hind stalking in Scotland for a single rifle during the 2024/25 season. I'm 56 but reasonably fit, and have stalked both stags and hinds on the hill. Pub or hotel accommodation would be ideal. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.
