This is an unusual post. It's about something that didn't happen, but could have. Please read on.
I recently visited Tac Coatings Military & Law Enforcement - TacCoatings at Hereford with three items that I thought could do with Cerekote being applied.
I'd arranged a time and date to drop the items there and was met at the door by the owner. He looked at the first two items, and talked me out of having them coated due to the cost of the jobs being beyond what was sensible. I liked his honest approach.
The third item was left with him, with an estimated price being quoted.
A couple of days later I was called by him to say that on further examination of the item, there was more work required to expose the part needing coating and that it could be done, but with a revised estimate and the feeling from him that there was another much cheaper way to deal with it.
It's unusual in our money grabbing world that people will advise against getting something done; particularly when that means they will lose business. This approach is honest and with lots of common sense. It's rare these days.
If you need any Cerekote done, I can say this firm will treat you well. Even though I've no end product to show, I've saved quite a few pounds by going to them. They could have took my money and coated three items. The fact they didn't speaks for itself.
