Hornaday bullets

To be fair, I'd be trying to get 110gr to go pretty fast, just for flatness and down-range energy rather than anything else. It would get a bit loopy if run much slower, and the load look far from too much.

It makes more sense now we know the MV is 3275fps, rather than the eye-watering 3740fps in the OP - though I think I'd just set it about 2" high at 100yds for a zero at about 250yds - and then hold over a bit for 300yds.
It would save a lot of twiddling: but I guess it depends how big your target is.
It's dead on at 100m also at 175m but the BC is desperate and it starts to slow and fall beyond that but 175 m aim on is ok for most UK stalking would you not agree?

Shot copper over 20 years they don’t need speed
Speed kills that is why the Welsh assembly government has slapped us with a 20 mph Speed limit but seriously if your shot placement is spot on I would agree but Copper monolithic do need velocity to petal open on chest shots

Dead on at 100m and at 175m seems curious to me - is the 'scope mounted very high?

But yes, a zero of 200yds or so would suit me fine, I think. Then hold-over a bit (3"?) for 250yds and 9 inches or so for 300yds?

It's dead on at 100m and 175m so I presume it rises in the middle. I will check on the 100 to 175 m trajectory tomorrow and get back to you. It's a Tikka super light with a Z8i 56 x 18
