I have just been having a bit of a clear out, not my usual high quality tat merchandise, but the pm's I have had over the years buying and selling, helping others and getting help as well. Probably more of the latter than the former.

I can't believe that some of these conversations were so long ago. One was an invite to go shooting up in NI about 7 years ago. Never taken up, doh.

Can't believe I have had those binos that long and still going strong.
An internet Christmas meet up. Well, there was a whole three of us On that one. Good craic talking the usual rubbish with people that I had never met before and still haven’t to this day, but an enjoyable hour none the less.
The times have moved on, just looking at some of the conversations. I just can't believe it has been so long, or that I have been trying to get rid of my high qualitytat merchandise for so long. And you barstewards have still not cleared me out. Getting close mind.
Just thinking of how my hobby has changed from a bit of ratting with an air rifle to getting out on 3 species of deer. Although on a nice summers evening driving past the pub I do wonder wtf I am doing going for an hours drive wandering out into the fields till it starts getting bright again then coming home to bed. What sort of hobby is that? Actually quite nice till I get to the point where I need to drive home. Roof tent, maybe I need to think about a roof tent. Or ground nearer to home.
Well, today my old man turned 90. Phoned him up to wish him happy birthday. He took the mick as I have been over here so long I am now an honorary Englishman…… oh the shame…… The point is, he is getting old, and so are we all.
I am wondering how many more years I have left in me to enjoy this and I am not as old or as ugly as some of you lot. Will I ever get out there and add a red or Sika to my list?
Will I manage to eat a wild boar that I have shot?
