As a ‘progressive’ organisation, LGBTQI etc and minorities are encouraged.
I’ll put money on a black bloke in a frock getting this and benefitting from the menstrual leave arrangements.
WtF is a green baby anyway? Surely the only green baby is no baby at all.

Not a scoobie! But I think it’s fair to say this is the opposite of a “job for the boys”…..

I had to Google what “global majority” meant, new one on me, but the irony of that is that I am now a minority group by their own definition for not being in that group….. I might go for it. I don’t quite understand how equality and diversity seems to be one way traffic though, were the opposite of this advert to be posted, ruling out whole sectors of society based on income, gender or sexuality it would be destroyed in a heartbeat, yet this seems ok to have been published?
