ID help please..

Not the best image I’m afraid as a screenshot from what’sapp, but I’d love to know what this might be? Found in the wilds of East Suffolk this morning, only usually have Red, Munties, CWD and Fallow on this ground and I don’t think it’s any of those? Could it be a white Sika? (Never seen a Sika in real life)

Instinct says fallow, about 3 years old. But… the forehead/brow has a decidedly Sika look about it

Looks like someone has been playing with photoshop...but as mentioned looks like a Sika/fallow hybrid. If the pic is to be taken at face value I would have to go with Sika if I had to chose.

That isn't possible in real life.

If the pic is to be taken at face value I would have to go with Sika if I had to chose.

Me too, although I do have a young fallow buck, about 3 years old, with poor antler formation just like that.
Ears look more fallow than sika, too.

Basically it's just a weird white deer!

Sorry Tim ..the Hybrid bit should have had a smiley face as aware its not possible Red/sika yes...sika anything else - no

Hey @Mike1979 and @VSS the image has been brightened and changed to protect location data and personal info, but the picture is unmolested (just crappy old iPhone I think)..

Fallow makes most sense as they are generally present on site and no one has heard of Sika here before, BUT it doesn’t look like a Fallow to me …

That’s no fallow my money is on a sika , antler shape and that brow

Its always difficult with a small pic but as you say if theres fallow present its more then likely a fallow with very poor antlers.
