Ignore button

To the gods of SD.

I’ve just checked my profile and ‘ignore’ list and found a mercifully short list of people being ‘ignored’. Some are new members/ no idea who they are. A few were folk I have got to know through SD and wouldn’t ‘ignore’. (Thought they’d been awfully quiet recently)
I’m often on SD by phone and to ‘ignore’ someone, I see all you have to do is tap their user name, and a few buttons appear, including ignore. If you tap that, the person is then forever ignored.
Being, shall we say less than a wizard with technology, would it be possible to add a confirmation step (are you sure etc) after ‘ignore’ is hit?
Cold fingers, bad eyesight, just being a bit rubbish with technology and bingo someone is on the naughty step.
Note to self is to keep checking and clearing the ignored list meantime.

Remember that you have the option to unignore those on your naughty list.

@Malxwal - shhhh, I managed to sneak through the selection interviews without anyone realising.

@sikasako - thanks, yes all unignored and harmony in the world has returned. I just need to keep checking every now and again

Do you not see posts with ( your ignoring this person )? you could click on and see the comment if you so choose then on one occasion ( not that i would much personally , just ensure the " victim " wasn't having a bad day before - basically give them a chance . Most of the time you will see there is little good coming from blocked members though )

There isn't anyone on here that annoys me enough to ignore lol even you know who.

Click on the member's name next to one of their posts - the pop-up that appears offers an option of "Ignore":



To unignore, click on your own user name in the top banner - then at the bottom right of the pop-up that appears you will see "Ignoring". Click on this and it will tell you which members you are currently ignoring. You can then select Ignored members and Unignore them.
