That brought memories to mind of my Geography master’s end year report:-@Dalua
I promise you this was from my school report by my Latin teacher.
"It relation to Latin - we have both failed. I have failed to teach him Latin, and he has failed to learn Latin - but at least I tried".![]()
I find it's not the views that have me reaching for the "ignore" button, but rather the manner in which they are being proffered. Although, that said, I do think there are some views you can only hold if you haven't yet learned not to be a total *rse.I never use the ignore button, it seems somehow weak. Better to understand why people have different views.
Mmm; one of my teachers told me (Pre 12 years old) Kenbro, when you leave school you won’t even be able to get a job making the holes in muffins. (Not far wrong actuallyThat brought memories to mind of my Geography master’s end year report:-
“Mr and Mrs FB must be delighted when FB manages to find his way home…”.

We missed a trick here if nobody even acknowledged this post it would have been so funnyHaving reflected on a few posts this year, I have filtered out people who have annoyed me, by judicious and liberal use of the "Ignore" button.
The down-side to this, is that I can now only read what "Derek" from Pocklington in North Yorkshire posts; (and he only wants to sell 'twice-fired' brass in .223).
Have I overdone it?

The irony that none of you can read this, because you yourselves are "ignoring" me, is not entirely lost on me...![]()
Yup.On a lighter note……. Anyone else have to do this….

Is there a way of knowing who is ignoring you, then?I’ve had one occasion where I was contacted as I had apparently put the ignore button on for a member
