I've known two dog men who kept apbts for decades, from 70s until they got too old to be able to trust any such dog in their yards...
Both men told me never to trust any apbt, or the mash-ups, which are now the craze... they are worse than a loaded gun pointed at you, at least if nobody touches the trigger the gun ain't going off... not so with a dog.. especially one with bull in it's make-up.

Well its the same way that the breed was bred to where it became the aberration that it is today. Instead of breeding the more docile they were simply bred from the most insane types. Bit like the fighting bulls in Spain and Mexico.....no fight ? Off to the butcher.

Back to the bitch. The vets that did the original stitching had a fail and she was taken back to be re done as the original sutures simply weren't doing the job intended. This is her again after being re stitched....**** me,that looks ****ing terrible to my eyes and I have seen better on a spud bag ffs. The bitch actually had some guts hanging out of the torn flank. I know its a tough job stitching old wounds and that they have left drainage openings but holy ****it does look rough.
My daughter is distraught and is fearing the worst in a pessimistic manner.

Daughter is several hours from me Bo Diddley so I have no input.
I doubt if anyone else could give her bitch more than her owner can,nothing but the best.

Interestingly, Dogs killed around 500 people in the USA between 2005 and 2019 and cows killed well over 300........should we ban cows?

Going on the lack of crying phone calls I would say that she and her owner are recovering ok,plus I put a $1000 into daughters acc,that settled her somewhat too lol.
