Interested to see other Sig Sauer Cross set ups

This is my setup. The only thing I'm looking to change is the handguard to the Strike-X axis one, mainly because I'd prefer built-in arca rail.
Nice! I’m liking the paint job! .308? What mod are you running I’ve just ordered a Wildcat Elite, I may swap it out for the titanium version. I’m still to zero mine and check the accuracy 🫣

Yes 308. I'd definitely recommend the titanium version as this rifle does get front-heavy. I'm running the ASE utra dual with qd connecting to the muzzle brake. But I think a titanium wildcat would suit this a lot better.

Did you pick your Sig Cross recently? They aren't easy to come by.

How did you find the accuracy? I see a lot of people swapping the barrels out to proof barrels etc. I had to order it from the US, I’m yet to see one for sale here in the UK second hand.

They are a bit ammo fussy. I'm getting 1 moa groups with 168gr GGG, but the groups with Ball ammo were all over the place. I'm sure I could get sub-MOA if I homeloaded and refined my ammo. But I'm happy with it as it is. Was hitting targets up to 800 yards. I was only limited by my scope elevation to go further. But I'm ultimately looking to stalk with this eventually, so that's good enough for me. The 6.5 Creedmoors tend to give better groups in general.

I've heard a lot of good things about Proof barrels, but I'll probably only consider them once I've worn this one out. How much did it cost you, and what was the wait time?

I guess everyone who owns one loves them, hence why they don't go on sale as used. I've seen more Q the fix on second-hand sale than these.
