Hi all.
I've been a lurker on a few forums for quite a while, including this one. A friend of mine has joined a local club and is looking towards getting his FAC. My reason for joining is mainly looking for a second hand cabinet and bits and bobs for him to get started with to be honest. I'm an introvert at heart so don't really engage hence the reason I don't actively participate in any forum.
I'm mainly a target shooter and have multiple calibres 22lr, 223, 308, 7.62x54r, 357, 44 and 58. Sadly I also really enjoy reloading. I do engage in rough shooting and used to ferret a long time ago. Yes, I am a member of *that* association .... arguments aside some of that money does go towards supporting us all in one way shape or form.
Always enjoy the banter in off topic, like reading the legal discussions and occasionally trawl the stalking threads. With a young family and busy life - I struggle to have the time to go shooting as much as I have in the past.
At the clubs/ ranges I frequent - I have met and befriended many like minded individuals who make the sport and days much more enjoyable. The discussions with those who stalk have convinced me that some day I would like to have a go myself but not just yet.
Oh and hello from North Wales by the way. Hopefully that is a sufficient introduction to prove I am a human being.
