Hi All - Quick intro as requested.
I am a London-based deer stalker, signing-up as I have read with interest (and sometimes amusement - if only people could have stronger opinions about which is the best calibre…!) many threads over the years.
I have held an FAC for 10 years and
main activity is deer stalking within about a 70 mile radius of London and the occasional, generally unsuccessful, attempt at boar further afield.
As my site name suggests, I am a great fan of Schultz & Larsen rifles - I have them in 6.5x55 SE and 30-06 - and I also have a Sako 75 in .22LR (recently got rid of my Anschutz .17 HMR).
I have also held a shotgun certificate for the last 20 years, and used to shoot pheasant regularly, but these days it tends to be the occasional rough shoot.
Still lots to learn, so will keep reading!
