Introduction

Hi,

I am a newbie (so please be gentle - 'ish'). I have not done any stalking yet, but am registered for a DSC1 with Corinium at the end of February. No calibers yet, but suspect I will start with a .308 as it seems the most logical place to start. I am based in Buckinghamshire, so not sure what there is around me yet - hoping to pick up more information about where to get started her and on the course itself.

I registered for the site as it came up in a number of searches I was doing around stalking and what I should know.

You won't go wrong with Paul at Corinium - good choice

My youngster did his DSC1 with Paul and wisely did a couple of practice shoots before hand using the rifle he used on the day

I have a slot booked the day before the course to do that very thing! Not shot any larger calibre rifles in a while, so definitely need to get my eye in!
