Hi there,

I found the site on google after looking into how to get more experience stalking. I've been on a few guided stalks since i was younger and i'm looking to get back into it with a view to getting my DSC1 and stalking self sufficiently. I've always stalked in Scotland but i'm hoping to do some closer to home which is London in the UK. Currently in the process of getting my FAC and looking at getting a .243 or .270 as I've shot with both in the past. Have done a fair amount of driven and walked up bird shooting too.

I would suggest you get both a .243 and a .270
(And a .22lr of course, because everyone should have one of those. Ought to be issued at birth, really ).
