Hello everyone. Toowoomba Australia is where I live. I started shooting with my father around 1960 before I went to school. I've been on hunting trips in most parts of Australia but mostly the east coast. For hunting I use a side by side 12g, 22 , 22 Hornet. 22-250 and a 300WM. I also have a couple of air rifles, 308, 303 and a couple of pump action 22s. It wasn't until the mid 1990s that I started to hunt deer and realized what I was missing out on. Most of my hunting is for feral animals. Property owners are very grateful to be rid of these destructive pests.
Unfortunately I am only able to go hunting 3 or 4 times a year now so I make sure there is a young sensible hunter with me so they can learn something from me (and me from them) so they can avoid mistakes I've made in the past. So far it is working well. They must like it because they ask to come again.
