Did anyone ever come forward with a set? On the look out for a set myself…
I'm thinking there must be an opportunity here for someone in the UK to 'run' with the key desirability factor of these sticks that is their rigidity that makes them a meaningful aid to negotiating undulating/precipitous terrain when not deployed in supporting a rifle. In short a worthy alternative to an alpine-like staff.
The primary UK providers of shooting sticks in 2026 have singularly failed to recognise that not every deerstalker operates on the flatlands of Southern England.

Unfortunately not, I still have a look now and again to see if anything comes up for sale but they seem very hard to come by unless ordered new from the continent.
They are a great set of sticks and wish I hadn’t sold my ones years back.
