Hello, diversifying a little from our operational deer management work to retail! We have used JetSleds for many years now and people who see them ask "where did you get that from" well we are now the sole importer and sole distributer to the UK of Jet Sleds.
Information and photos below, we have used them for many years now and they are ideal for Best Practice carcass extraction and transport.
They save time, reduce physical effort, keep carcasses clean, keep vehicles clean, easy to lift and transport etc etc
Larger one JS1 shown on right in photo in a VW pickup. The smaller one JSjr shown on left in photo under dog box.
Trailer is collapsible, fits inside the JS1 and no tools are required to build it, all spring pins, takes 2-3 mins to build. We supply reduce wear runners and covers too.
We supply a variety of people, recreational, Contractors, and have supplied both Sleds and Trailers to Forestry and Land Scotland and Forestry England. Wildfowlers in Norfolk use the sleds to get gear out across mud flats etc, they also make great sledges for the kids in the snow.......
JSr ideal for SUV's and Berlingo size vans etc for smaller species, Roe, Fallow, Sika.
Larger JS1 ideal for Lake District/ Galloway Reds.
Counterintuitively the larger one is actually easier to drag as the weight is distributed over a larger area.
T/A Glade Deer Management have taken as stand at the Stalking Show, 15th 16th April so will have the JetSleds and the trailers we have designed and commissioned the collapsible, Galvanised Trailers (Patent pending!!) for use with a quad to reduce physical stress even further, for a hands on look at the JetSleds and Trailers visit us at the show, we will be in the outside area. We will be doing a "Show price Special" when they are gone the're gone etc...and will as a result be holding all our stock until the show.
Importing from the USA is a long, costly and arduous process so sorry but will not be taking orders on / selling on here till after the Stalking Show, come and see us there......
