Does anyone have any pictures showing their device for cutting a red stag skulls please! Looking at making something to make life easier than trying to hold it.

You just need a solid, right angled ledge.

Much easier if you cut the ears off first and harder to get wrong if you remove the bottom jaw beforehand (assuming teeth are to be kept).

Practise makes perfect!

I've not ever seen or heard of a jig for stags. As above plus a friend to hold the antlers steady helps. I find a £5-10, 22" or 24" wood saw is best for cutting. With me once saws get a bit blunt for woodwork they go on a nail for deer or plasterboard.

Clamp it in a work mate with the exposed skull the bit you want to keep, then take your time using the flat of the bench as a cutting guide
