Kitchen Shears

Hi

I currently use a Buck kitchen shears for trimming and dissecting pheasants and the like. It is now quite old and nearing the end of its life. Just wondering if anyone here has a suggestion for a good replacement.

I use these ,German very well made from Amazonk. Rabbit/ Pheasant bone cut through easily atb

Just about any cooks shop online or in store . They dont need to be a real good steel via the way they work ( not that buck steel is something very special )
