Kuiu Order

I have always liked the look of the KUIU stuff and have had a couple of caps but nothing else. I needed (? wanted. lol) a couple of bits that I had looked at for a while and decided to take the plunge in the recent sale. Free shipping to the UK over £200 which was easily done and the £35 delivery charge if below was a further encouragement to get value for money on the order.
Ordered placed, website confirmed order after payment....and silence. No next day confirmation email. Nothing. Silence for three weeks!! And then a text off Royal Mail on Sunday saying they are delivering a parcel on Monday, which they have duly done so this morning.
Great kit. Very pleased but appalling communication from a company like this. Obviously I am hooked now so will order again but at least in the knowledge I will be in the dark.

that's funny because you can usually track your shipment with kuiu. Last item i ordered took approximately 1 week. That was only about a month ago.

No idea. I heard nothing and got nothing. Account showed order and that was it

Strange, I’ve done a few orders direct from US and I get all manner of tracking emails from Kuiu including informing me when it’s out for delivery. Something obviously went wrong with the notifications in your case.

The items I have bought fro Kuiu, i have always been able to track and delivery has been within a fortnight. Last week I ordered an item from Armagedonn in America on Tuesday morning and was delivered by DHL on Thursday.

I have ordered a few times from Kuiu and always taken advantage of the 'free shipping', never not had a confirmation email and never waited more than a week for delivery, always had prompt tracking updates.

I've ordered twice and you get sent a link to track the delivery, it seems to normally come quicker than estimated.
