Landig LU7000 Maintenance

Was thinking it was a while since I had checked on the rear of my Landig chiller and noticed a fair bit of water collecting.

Anyone have any top tips for emptying this and cleaning it out?

I clean mine twice yearly sponge water out and clean , 5yr old mine now and not missed a beat !
