Landig LU9000 problems

Evening all, I’m having problems with my landig 9000 chiller, it’s less than a year old.
When I turn it on the digital display shows 2 straight away, when I know it’s 12 inside, it’s not coming down on the display as the inside temp comes down, subsequently the fan has stopped working also, any ideas ? In talks with who I bought it from but no answers as yet just wanted to have a look in to it myself.

Im sure mine shows the temp it's set to when I turn it on. Then the fan inside won't spin for a while until the temp drops. You will hear the compressor.
It was cold enough in the garage for the fan to kick in straight away the other day though.
I normally start at 7 for a day then 5 and then 2 after a few days.
Is the fan turned on, does it beep if the door is left open? Internal fan switches off when the door is open.
Is the back wall freezing?

Mine used to show me the internal temp and then work its way down to the set temp, the fan should spin straight away if you turn the fan on.
And yes no alarm when the door is left open.
Very strange, it’s been perfect until now.

I used to have an LU9000 and like you, it was very good. But I did have to change the display (grew very dark), it was a replacement display that sorted it. Is there any way you could measure the resistance of the temperature, that way you could tell whether it was that, or the display/logic circuit at fault?

I have ordered a Bluetooth thermometer so I can test that the fridge stays at the selected temp, that way I’d hope it’s a screen issue.

When first turn mine on from warm. It always take a while until the internal fan kicks in. But it has been like this since new. It's about 4yrs old now. Does yours do this?
I just turned the temp down and it moved to the set point as a flashing number. Then the none flashing number must be the fridge temp as it was higher.
If you email Landing direct, they did answer my questions and sold me some extra parts I was after.

All sorted, game larder have gone above and beyond to sort the problems out.
Would recommend anyone to use game larder to purchase a chiller with back up like that
That’s a good outcome & I was particularly interested in your report of excellent backup.

What was the cause of the issue in the end?

Thermometer, could not fault the service chaps, I what’s app message at 9 at night stating the fan had stopped and had a reply straight away, constant updates through out.
