latest Boar Outings

We did 3 outings on boar this weekend , i had Steve (greenhillstairs) out on friday night
with lots of snow during the day we could see well , Kevin who was here with Paul Dillon
went on his own to a different seat , he has had 3 boar before so knows his stuff
We packed in just before midnight with nothing seen , Kev stayed out all night but again nothing doing
A roe stalk in the crunchy snow in the morning , we got a doe, then Kev was back out for boar
He got lucky at 8pm this single male turned up

Kev shot him behind the ear , put him straight down he got up after 5 seconds ran round in circles
a couple of times then off to the side 30m before dropping
All done under the moon in the snow , doesnt get any better

Ha!! Typical hey, A Smashin Boar well done!! Might it not have been that Scotch pie my belated "Snow bound" Tea that dropped from the high seat drew the Bugger in the following evening?? Just a Haunch will do nicely thanks guys
