Lens protection for DNT Zulus

Afternoon all.
I was out last night and was shooting with my 308 which has the Zulus mounted to it.
Now, the scope has an objective lens cap which swings open, but for the eyepiece there is just the rubber cup, meaning that moisture/ dirt etc can easily get onto it and fog it up (like it did last night).

So, has anyone on here found a fix for this, or is it just me that has this issue?

Thx

I’ve used Zulus since they first came out but can’t ever recall the eye peice fogging up, that said i fold the rubber bellows back.
Maybe if you haven’t it could be lack of air flow causing it.

Ah, hadn’t thought of that.
I am a sweaty lump even in the cold, so maybe that is what I need to do to get airflow around the eyepiece.

Thx

I regularly get this with my nv add on. Tends to be only on very cold evening and caused mainly by my breath. I try and avoid breathing in the direction of the eye piece.
