LEP TORCH

It doesn’t say Stonewashed Tit. but I think it is.
It has a series of coloured inserts around the head.
It doesn’t get hit a quickly as the Mini Bow.

That’s a shame… when the little green laser torches came out x years ago, we were putting a red card tap washer behind the lens to fill the fov of a 6-24*56 scope at 120m
I guess these rely on the reflector shape to focus the beam🤔

Cheers

I think I’m going to like it as is.
I do have a green laser one too and that has a focusable beam but I don’t think it’s better than these new LEPS.
Cheers, Ken.
Ps.
Think I bought my green laser torch from member 1tikka and at the time he said they usually last about 3 seasons.
Went back through my PMs today and it was 2018 when I bought it and it’s still going strong.
PPs. Mini Bow’s about the same size as my O light Baton.

Not a good idea to put the tape wrap where I did!
It prevents the body unscrewing to change batteries.
If I’m going to use it in a scope ring I will need to remove the pocket clip.
Ken.

3/4” Blue alkathene is your friend, and will
allow a certain amount of adjustment by rotating either the alkathene or the torch, and varying the tension by which the former is held in place.

It unscrews Ken, bit of electrical tape around the tail end, anti clockwise as normal. You have to remove the tail cap prong in order to remove the clip. 👍🏻

I suspected that’s how it came off just by the fact it couldn’t relay be fitted any other way were it is.
Just didn’t want to get the gas pliers on the job and end up marking it, especially as I’ve another Mini (Along with a W10) coming and I’ll then decide whether to keep one of each or 2 of a kind.
Thanks for doing it!
Ken.

I just stumbled across a YOUTube Review for a a Vastlite Versa Bow pre-production torn withe a focusable head... damned if I can find it now!

Now that would've been worth a look

Cheers

Found it...https://www.youtube.com/shorts/4M-lbvP4Ygs Not sure if that works as I'm not in YT proper! Look for "This Flashlight Hits 1.3km… and Fits in Your Pocket! " Hopefully that'll link correctly
Doh!
Must be cracking up!🤣
Just gone back up and see the Freeforester has already linked to the Versatility above!

I did send them an online message to find out if it was due to be released though. 🤞

Well, got an email back telling me it the ‘Versa!’ would be available next month 👍

Just noticed that bloody ‘auto-incorrect’ did its own thing yet again in my previous post! 🤬
