Been using these for years,and the meat always turns out super tender
You've seen the seasoning bags,this time it was simple diced cwd with onions pepper,some honey and into the oven for 25-30 min.
Then a quick blast under the grill and into some wraps.
I've tried diced shoulder and it was equally good,they come out with lots of sauce and natural juices so really good with rice.
Might try a whole roast next time.
