Lions Tour

So after planning on sitting down and watching lions v pumas tomorrow evening, I’ve just found out it’s only on sky sports, which I don’t have.

Anyone got any idea of any other channels I could watch it on?

From the now tv pages:-

"Can I watch rugby matches on demand?
Yes, selected catch up content will be available on demand on the Rugby League or Rugby Union pages in the NOW app."

You can normally catch up on stuff, I subscribe to it in preference to sky you can do a deal and cancel when you want.

Watch the mobile subscription it only covers live stuff and you couldn't watch it on a big screen.

All the tour matches in Australia are on Sky Sports. So to be able to watch them live, that's the only route. I suspect that YouTube will, not long after the matches in some form or another be able to fill a need though.

Actually The Lions v Argentina is being shown live on S4C! Of course the commentary will be in Welsh. Which could be an advantage, unless you speak the lingo.

Apologies for taking the thread slightly off course.

The Lions have lost something for me with so many overseas born players. They are after all just rugby mercenaries who largely would not get into their birth place team, or such team does not pay as well.

I would rather watch a hemisphere of origin NvS series.

If you took all the foreign borne out of the All Blacks you would not raise a team.
