Sold: Lisenfeld 8 x 56 Scope

I know nothing about this scope, it arrived on the .223 I have just aquired, it's a nice clear picture lenses are good standard A4 style reticule, there's a couple of marks on the tube from the mounts, you can see them but cant feel anything. 26mm tube.

They are a decent scope but not in the same league as Zeiss , Schmidt , Swaro , Kahles or Leica

I had one of these scopes, sold it to a member on here.
I stood side by side with another member on here at last light and compared it to his S+B 8x56. Much to his annoyance and my glee we both had to admit that there was no visible difference between the 2.
This is an absolutely cracking classic stalking scope and an utter steal for that price!

I’ve got a couple of these and an S & B 8x56mm. If the Lisenfeld is a ‘Spezial’ model (which appears to be) it won’t be far behind the S & B in low light performance.

Hi,
I have the Spezial in 1.5-6 with a 30mm tube.
And it’s good.
Also have an S&B 8x56 and that is a bit brighter than the Lisenfeld but I think that’s only because of the bigger objective.
Really like the Lisenfeld, mine a FFP.

I am using a 3-12×50 Spezial on my .308 t3x,it's old.
It works well.
Zapped some very long distance foxes,crows and bunnies with it on the 22/250 l bought with it from Greenfields in 1999.
Good glass.
Just bought a Zeiss from a member,would have been tempted.
