Live catch fox trap.

Whatever trap you buy make sure it’s roomy and cover the floor with earth .Not essential but I’ve had more success that way .

We had tried a couple of live catch both too small and foxes like rats don't like anything new in their environment. Now we've built one into my fathers chicken run , he lost a few hens this year to a vixen with Cubs, bought some weld mesh panels built the trap into the hen run, door will be left open most of the time to allow the foxes to view the hens then when the time is right the door will be set and fox trapped ( hopefully ). It allows the foxes to be comfortable going in and out before they get caught. Will let you know the results.

i set one of colins trap next to a chicken run, vixen first night then four cubs on each night following two night off then the dog couple of weeks quiet then a vixen, dog and a cub again. not all foxes have read the rule book
