Loden Stalking Trousers

I am looking for a pair of either wool or loden trousers for stalking. I have had a pair of Jagdhund loden trousers for years which have finally given up and I wondered if anyone is aware of anything reasonably priced? I must admit most of my stalking is done in cold or wet jeans under noisy flexothane trousers anyway.

Most now seem to be close to £200, but there is some very impressive 'tactical loden'!

I would prefer wool, as it is always quiet and comfortable to me and I also note @VSS 's point about microplastics etc. I am also a sheep farmer so am keen to support my fellow wool producers.

I’ve been looking at pfanner Loden trousers from outwear ,they also do some made by Santa ,Norwegian made I think they all seem to be around £200

Swedish 1940s loden grey pants from army surplus sources, mine I have had for 15 years and show no wear yet. Cost maybe £15 back then. Highest quality items.
