This is 2 x 10-shot groups at 100yds with a BSA Martini MkIII using RWS R100. I think the rifle cost £45!

I was going to suggest a cut-down match rifle like that, but it doesn't tick any of the boxes. Screw cut with a Parker Hale moderator, which is about the same diameter as the barrel.

The biggest challenge with 22lr is wind. Even the slightest breeze will affect your POI.

I bought a Ruger Precision in .22LR and absolutely love it to bits. accurate as hell out to 150m so far, going to be taking it out to 300 soon.

I bought the ruger precision too, one in 22lr and another in 6.5 creedmoor (same length of bolt throw) the 22 is a true tac driver

I clearly remember an advert for I think a Mk IV stating that they were guaranteed to shoot 1/2" at 100yds. I may still have it somewhere!
As others gave said the ammo is crucial.

The original Sako Finnfire P94S with varmint barrel at 100 metres using RWS R50 ammo.
