Looking about a accurate .22lr "tac driver"

I'm looking a new rifle rather than buying second hand. Looking to buy a .22 to keep for life

The well looked after pre-Berretta Sako P94S will outlast almost anything made nowdays. I don't think they come in composit sticks and not much you can do to them. Sako adjustable trigger is probably one of the best out there. It is really a personal preference. New Tikka T1X can be tricked up with the chasis but don't think it is as consistent as Sako.

It's got to be that Tikka or Bergara amongst the new bolt actions hasn't it? I have a Volquartsen semi auto but only recently pit on the VQ barrel for it. I feel like I've been mugged for all years I didn't know how accurate a 22 can be. There is no sensible reason not to splash out on a match barrelled 22 especially if it's the gun you use the most.

I’ve got a Tikka T1X UPR and it’s very accurate to about 100 yards, anything over that I’d go for a different round
