I had my 700 PSS converted to magazine by Armalon. It takes an M16 box mag now. Depending on how many rounds you want in there, it's an option. Maybe bit a bit far for you though.
You could try an HS precision conversion kit from the US will take a ten round magazine. Both fitted very nicely and are well made; ten rounds does mean you don't have to carry a carton of rounds in the wet and try to reload, unless of course you get very very lucky!!
There is a dispensation from the Department of Trade and Industry ( or its successor body) I rang the department and explained that I wanted to import the base plate conversion for personal use. Got an very nice letter back explaining there was this dispensation. I then sent a copy with the order and everything went through very smoothly.
From Memory I think I used Cabela's. Nowadays there is Cabela's UK but it might be worth checking the prices between the UK and the US.
I've been told that many suffer cycling issues after installing (I appreciate most errors will be due to the installer) but the advice was not to take the risk...
Actually my Armalon wouldn't send the last round in the mag. In the end I ground down a .223 case which I glued over the follower over the dummy round on the mag plate and that cured it.
I used the Kwik Klip conversion kit which I bought from Cabela's in the US, and someone brought over (not sure Cabela's would post it to the UK). It slotted straight in, no work needed, and has performed faultlessly. I'd certainly recommend it. They have short and long action versions.
